Please help! if u are very familiar with camcorders...?

Question

ok well i have a camera and it's a "hitachi dvd cam gx3100a" and i have no idea how to delete film on it ! could someone help me.?

ps. it uses a dvd disc.

The recording is the DVD & unless its a rewritable disk, there is no way to erase or reuse the disk. You need to buy another blank disk!!

Use a hammer or a couple of vice grips and break the disc. Wear eye-protection - the plastic can fly and is sharp.

Assuming you're using a rewritable DVD, there should be a format option on the camcorder.
