Please help im being teased alot ?

i've always been teased because im taller then the other kids so my body frame is bigger and the rest of the girls are small with tinyy frames and so i got depressed about all teh teasing so i got overweight so then it got worse but if i walked home from school (about a 30 min walk) and ate no junk food and i also do skip rope at school with my friends and skip rope at home how much weight could i loose in about 1 year i need to lose about 50 pounds cause i weigh 170 so i wanna weigh 120

  1. dont let them tease you. thats SO immature. you can be hot no matter how much you weigh..and i know this from experience. but doing excercise everyday is easier if you do it in a club or team. some ideas are volleyball, ballet, dance, swimming, soccer, bsketball, badminton, tennis, rollerblading, running (track) etc, etc, etc. so i suggest you stick with a team evn if its hard at first. i know also from experience that this really FORCES you to live a healthy lifestyle and u feel great about yourself. just dont drink so much soda or eat so much fast food. and drink a lot of water. and dont worry about your weight just do those things.

  2. Your plan deffinitly sounds like it would work. But here is some more advice: Eat grapefruit (the pink kind with no sugar) or drink grapefruit juice. Also, don't drink soda or diet soda. The only thing you should be drinking is water, milk, and grapefruit juice.

    Maybe ask one of your friends to go for a run with you sometimes. That will help. Get a "speed rope" and jump rope for about 20-30 minutes at home. You have to stay devoted to your new lifestyle in order for it to work too.

        If you really try, and you lose about 1-2 lbs a week, then you will probably be able to lose the 50 lbs you want to in like 6-7 months, especially if you hit a rough patch.
