Please help im really worried?

im 20 years old and my period has always been regular but for the last two months i have been getting a really light bleed with blood cloths on a saturday and den heavy bleeding on sunday morning and then its gone by sunday night! i get slightly painful cramps on the sunday aswell. do you think this is anything serious??

Not meaning to worry you more, but I had a similar experience 12yrs ago and it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy. I would suggest doing a pregnancy test if there's any chance you could be pregnant. Or get one done at the doctors. I think you should go and see your GP anyway because whether it's something serious or not they will no doubt be able to help you.

I would see your doctor if i were you as this doesn't sound right, especially if it is not normal for you.  Good luck, hope everything goes ok.

I used to have something the same when I was 16 though, I went to my doctors after ignorin it for a while and he checked for polycystic ovaries, I was fine but some reason it stopped after that. It was a bit of a mystery really to me but he did give me anti-clotting tablets to take when my periods were bad.... Whatever the outcome it doesn't harm to speak to your doctor especially if your worryin about it, the stress could have a bigger impact on you if you leave it for too long.

it can be something, if this is out of the ordinary for you, then you should see a doctor. only a qualified health professional who physically examines you, knows your history and does diagnostic tests can tell you if there is anything wrong.
