I dreamt that there are people who wanted to burn my hand but i dont know why.

You may be feeling lack of decision making.  Projecting someone wanted to burn your hand symbolize some control may be taken over by others.  You may be feeling helpless at the same time and that is why you vent out dream like that.

I suggest that it is a sign of envy between you and others? Maybe you are worried of what people think of you and that others wish to make you imperfect or ugly by leaving scars - maybe also you have been bullied or hurt in the past and this has stayed in your subconsious... something unnoticable may have triggered it and you may have a form of recollection.

Otherwise it could be something as simple as you just hurt your hand in the night or recently and you are worried about it healing or scarring perhaps?

Keep an eye out for your brother, there may be wrongdoing to him or your means of getting a livelihood could be at risk because of backbiting ill-intentioned co-workers.  You decide which.

your hand was probably hurting while asleep or you were lying on it. The pain would then come into a dream, it means nothing
