Please help!!! iron levels low!!!?

Ok so im pregnant and due in 8 days but my iron level had droped from 58 to 6 and i want to boost it up as much as possible before bubs comes so what can i do? what is the cheepest and quickest way to get my iron levels back up? i really need help with this :)

  1. Sounds wierd but WITH the above comments also chew a nail (make sure its a clean one) or bolt or s***w also helps you cut down on the smoking if your a smoker that is...

    otherwise suppliments, brocali and surprisingly! burgers help (a 1/4 burger contains the same amount of iron as a wheelbarrow full of sprouts)

    Magnesium will also help


  2. Iron pills, have a nice piece of steak, beans.  

  3. RED MEET. seriously beef is going to help a lot. and lots of it.

  4. EAT BURGERS, SPINACH AND BROCCOLI.

  5. pickled beets... that is what I ate while pregnant with twins to keep my iron levels up... and spinich also. good luck

  6. take iron supplement or eat that contain lots of iron such as spinach, chicken and beef

  7. eat raisins, sun flower seeds, or pumpkin seeds! it works every time! good luck!
