Please help its about school and my teacherad HELP!!?

why is it that when i am at school i am rude?? i dont get it, i dont try and be but i just am

like i have this teacher aid and she is really cool and nice but i just seem to always make her mad and i dont mean to but i just seem to do, like she is really cool and really nice, she helps me with like allmy work and i like it but dont get why i am so mean to her and everyone., PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

before you say anything to anyone, count 3 seconds to yourself. That way you wont say the first thing that comes to your mind and it wont be something rude.

Since you have already started analysing your mistakes and as time passes with your efforts you can rectify your behaviour. Do prayers in the morning and in evening to keep your mind cool.
