Please help me, I don't know what to do?

My family is involved with child protective services because my mom is bipolar and stopped taking her medication for about a year and today we went to court and they decided to close out our case, we have been involved with cps for about 1 year and I hate it because in about 3 months they are going to slowly get out of our lives and I'm really not ready for that, especially now because my depression has returned and my counseling has stopped for a few weeks because the funding has run out but it should start soon again and on top of all of this I have no friends and the friend that I did have, I'm not talking to because we got into a fight and she actually is the one that I think doesn't want to talk to me because I tried calling her once and she did not sound very excited to talk to me

just hang in there til your counseling starts, try writing down your feelings it always helps me and i don't think that girl is a real friend it sounds like she was trying to control you and didn't like it when you objected she is not what you need right now.
