My children has insurance, that I pay $15 a month. I am the one that need health insurance now. I cannot find any that is afforable.

  2. If you're 20 and healthy, a low deductible plan costs $200 a month.  That's just what it costs.  

    The reason you only pay $15 a month for the kids, is that it's welfare insurance, probably under your state children's health insurance program - the taxpayer pays the rest.  

    You can apply for Medicaid, and see if you qualify.  If not, my best advice is to shop around for another job.
