  1. I can't tell you for sure what's happening, but my tests always take 5 weeks after conception to come back positive.  It could be that it's just taking longer to show up.  GL!

  2. I have been ttc for 10 months now.  And the exact same thing happened to me last month.  I am 30 years old and I had NEVER missed a period before or been this late, and after the 7th day of not getting my period my Dr told me to go in for a blood test.  I did and it said "negative".  2 days later I got my period.  I thought I knew my body too, but all kinds of weird things can change it.

I get my hopes up every month and it's killing me already.  I even get all the "symptoms" pregnant women talk about like the "metal" or "blood" taste in my mouth.  Just don't get your hopes up TOO much.  It hurts too much to see that BFN every month.  I should be used to it by now but I'm still crying.  :-(

But then again my girlfriend missed 2 periods and her tests all came back negative.  She wasn't too worried because she thought she missed her periods because she was sick one month and then real stressed out the 2nd month.  She finally went in for a blood test and the Dr said she's 12 weeks pregnant!  Her levels were just too low to show up on the home pee tests!  So it IS possible!!!  It could go either way for you right now.  Good Luck!!!

  3. im going thru the same thing.

i was suppose to have my period last month on the 17th but i didnt had my period ever since june!

but all i would tell you just wait one more week or so.

    cuz thats what im doing.

  4. Well, Anything is possible.  Maybe you've miscalculated the timing?  Of course, stress will prolong your period as well.  Maybe it was a faulty test?  Have you recently gained or lost a lot of weight?

I'm leaning more to the side of you not being pg only because the test should have been accurate.

    Good Luck!

  5. maybe try some different brands of tests.
