Question:

Please help me, i was running and my thigh is in so much pain, and i don't know why?

I went running last week as i do, but something happened, before i started running i felt my thigh starting to (not hurt but ache, sort of thing) then as i ran it just went, and i was in pain so much, i could hardley even walk after that for about a day, it's a week later and i can walk fine, but i started running again and it hurt so much i couldn't, what happened, i have never had a injury before like this.

Oh yeah , im not over weight

  1. umm maybe you need to stretch really well before running and then stretch after that way there will be no lactic acid build up in your thigh muscles.


  2. well i think its a sort of strain!!!!!

    once i was sleepin nd my thigh too started paining!!!!!!

    when ever it happens again just lie down straighten up ur legs and move ur feets to and fro right to left!!!!! nd it'll be fine!!!!!!

    these r more common durin swimmin!!!!
