Question:

Please help me, so confused about guys?

Alright so there's this guy who I really like. He's super hott and really athletic (ranked #30 in the state for tennis youth). He like can act really retarded when he's around other people, but when it's just us he's so sweet.

His best friend told me that he really liked me still (we used to unofficially go out).

The thing is, I told his best friend I was over him (before he told me that he still liked me) and now he is really mad at me because his friend told him what I said. He came over today (he's friends with my twin brother) and completely ignored me! When I asked everyone if they wanted to go swimming, he just like ignored me again.

How can I make things right?

He just gets on my nerves when other people are around because he tries to show off and he acts so obnoxious. I thought he didn't like me anymore. He would insult me and, like, then he would like start hugging me if we were in the pool like a molester.

What do I do? I don't really know if I like him or not because he acts like a freak but I really like him when we're alone.

Ugh SO confused!!

Any advice? What should I do?

  1. I would just let him be. It sounds like a little bit of guy friend jealousy. I don't think it would be a smart idea to go or try to go out with your ex-boyfriend's best friend. I just don't think its a good idea.

  2. just tell him, im a guy, and if we had girls like u ho cared we would be flattered

  3. I would suggest talking to him.  One-on-one (sounds like you're more comfortable with just him anyway).  Set the record straight, I'm sure if you just honestly tell him how you feel about him, the situation, things should get better.  As for the hugging you in the pool, maybe he's just an awkward person underneath that athletic stud you know him to be, ha ha.
