I was looking for good audio,quality,memory

Please tell me which one of these camcorders have the best audio,quality,and memory

The camcorders Im looking to buy:

Tell me why I should buy it and do you have any resources or anything to back up ur "facts"

I'd choose the 1st one.

I have it and it works great. I can zoom in clearly and when I view something on my camera that was recorded, the sound isn't all fuzzy. It's kind of real in a way. Also, it has a good memory and is very cheap at Target. I got mine on sale for Christmas. Works great and has a great memory. Go to Target and ask the person at the digital desk. They might give you a brouchere or something. Or go on the sony website. Good Luck with your camera!

On cnet.com they rate the Sony better than the Samsung, but neither of them got a great rating.  You may want to visit the site to see what camcorder has the best rating that's within your price range.
