Please help me!!!!!!!!! I'm very confused!!!! Today the priest came back again & said nothing. Why? What to do

Please read my previous question, and help me pleeeeaaase!!! Also, why do a lot of people think my shyness makes me rude & the priest was acting mature & professional. Please explain those to things to me. I don't thing ignoring my email was professional or nice or mature. I really need advice. Thanks so much!!!!!!!!

It's not so much that your shyness makes you rude, rather your shyness can make you SEEM rude.  You need to realize how your reaction can be perceived differently by others regardless of what your intentions are.  This is a problem I have had to overcome as well.  When I was a child, all of my teachers thought that I didn't care about school, when in fact I cared VERY VERY much.  It's just that I'm not good at showing my emotion to others, even though it's there.  I've learned that showing your emotion to others through a smile, or a laugh, or by your voice inflection is VERY important to how you are perceived by others.  In your case, this priest was attempting to express her gratitude to you for your showing concern, however, your reaction (on the outside) was that of someone not really caring, which probably confused her.  You should send her another e-mail and tell her you sometimes have a hard time expressing yourself, and that she caught you off guard.  I think this would go a long way towards making you feel better as well as clearing up whatever confusion she has about your intentions.
