Please help me I wanna be a doctor?

I need to know what foreign language classes and how much I should take to got to a uc school and then be a doctor. What do I need to go there?

Well, before you start thinking about foreign languages, you might want to consider mastering English.  

The foreign language you take during your undergraduate matriculation has no bearing on your becoming a doctor.  However, because you stated you would like to go to a U.C. school, my suggestion would be Spanish since you will find a large number of persons who speak that language.

Remember, you can attend any undergraduate school that has a Biology or Pre-Med program.  You can find a UC, CSU, or any other private institution that has these programs.  Find the one that best suits your needs and pocketbook.  Some schools are more expensive than others - and some programs are "better" than others.  Do some research and choose wisely.  Something you might want to find out is the number of students who attend the undergraduate school of your choice who then attend a Medical School program and succeed.  It will be hard to find that information but you might start with asking the personnel in the school you will attend.  Sometimes they gather that type of information.
