Please help me! Swimming for peak body! What stroke how long?

Hello!

I am 15, almost 16. I don't understand how for like a year I have eaten very nutriciously and am so active with karate and cycling, but I still have extra in my butt (thats changing though from the cycling) and hips and thighs.

I think I'm going to start swimming for about an hour. Is that a good time every day? What stroke should I do and any tips PLEASE?? I want to get such a great workout that I am exausted and burn heaps of calories. Thanks!!!! God bless you-and I will award 10 points!!

  2. don't just do one stroke. do breast, freestyle(front) and back and butterfly if you can. as they work different parts, you need to be quick thats how you get the best work out.

I just want to say how much I hate that you're only 16 and you're so concerned about your body...I mean, I obviously don't know you, but I would imagine the "extra" on your butt is probably muscle from your rockin' it at cycling and karate. I would just hope that a 16 year old has too many other wonderful, fun things going on to worry so much about her body. As long as you're healthy, you shouldn't worry so much about your appearance, because God doesn't make mistakes when he puts us together, and no matter how much you exercise you'll never be able to change the way your body is meant to be naturally...fantastic big, womanly booty and all! :o)
