1. Try wearing weights on your legs. They used to help me druing training when I ran track (way back in the day).

    Take care now, you hear?

  2. 2 things you need to do. Firstly you need to get fitter to run more 220's. Secondly you need to become more efficient at running them. Note that it is a Volleyball endurance test - that tells you what it is designed for. So for endurance running, swimming are best and cycling is OK. After each of these session I would do a couple of sprints which will help you efficiency. Also look at doing 1 or 2 sessions a week of 100m and 300m sprints, do not worry about times just build from 2-5 a session up to 10, and try slow jogging between as it will help your fitness and recovery.

  3. Keep practicing running and go on jogs maybe 2 times a day.. but at least 1 time.. I am fast at running and i got that from swimming a lot and also bike riding. those two things are main things to do. i also jogged a lot. ran a mile.

  4. swimming is very helpful in situations like these. It helps with your lungs whic whill keep u running. Try it!
