Please help me about the iphone 3G?

Question

I bought an Iphone3g online but I really don't know what is the jailbreak?Does anybody know what is that?

And what is the different of version 2.0 &2.1. How do I know what is my Iphone version? Are there anyway to update the phone?

Where can i buy a yessim to unclock my phone? Do i have to do anything else after unclocked the phone by the yessim?

This is my first time using the Iphone so I dont know much the phone.Plz help
