  1. If it's any consolation, I weigh 70 kilos and am pretty fit. I think you should focus on your fitness rather than your weight, and any excess weight will even out once your metabolism & condition improves. Keep working at it, and remember that it's fitness, not kilograms. (especially that muscle weighs more than fat, so don't panic if you actually GAIN a little weight once you increase your activity).

  2. you probably need to strengthen your core, that is your stomach muscles. in your abdomen you have like 4 different groups of muscles. if you stabilize all of them then you probably won't be so wobbly.

do sit ups, crunches, lay on a big work out ball...the kind that you see at lamaze classes and do sit ups on that, also sit on it instead of chairs, it will help to

hold on to someones ankles and have them throw your legs down (forward, right, and left) do 10 of each to start and work your way up.

another thing you could do is ask a physical therapist how to  stabilize it...also if you do this it will help get rid of tummy flab.

if you think you're fat then start running of something to loose weight.

    good luck.

  3. How tall are you? And if you think your fat, work out, its as simple as that, then when you think your well fit, get back into breakdancing

  4. Okay.

I am going to be honest and say that unless you are huge, there is no reason you should be able to do them.

My step sister is about the same weight, and she can do them very easily.

I would TONE your stomach and trying to make your abdominals stronger.

You also need to check with your teacher to make sure that you are doing them correctly.

  5. Your core (the center of your body- your stomach) needs to be strong in order for you to be able to balance. Try crunches or sit ups to make your core stronger or other abdominal exercises. Not only will it help you get your freezes but it will also make your tummy more tucked in and fit. http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/besta...

Those are the most effective core/abdominal exercises. Once your core is strong enough you'll be able to hold up your legs with your abdominal strength. Also try working on your arm muscles so you can hold yourself up on your head. Just keep trying to get stronger. If your willing to work for it, it will happen.

  6. Abs and core muscle strength are really important in bboying  also you might consider losing a bit of weight cos it'll be easier to balance

  7. mabye your arms need to get stronger, try lifting weights daily. so that your muscles will be used to carrying and therefore you will slowly get better at it!

  8. You need to develop abdominal strength to be able to do those moves... try push-ups and sit- ups everyday.  Start out doing 10 a day of each and build your way up to a number you can stick to

  9. i don't know much but i think the problem is not how much you weight but your strength. You should built your muscles. So try working out.Good luck!!

  10. break dancing is hard im 103 pounds and its too difficult.
