whats that spin when its like a sit spin, but the not spinning leg is bent? also what is the spin when youre also doing a sit spin but your body is sorta positioned paralell to the foot, sorta like your face is kissing your knee.... ty (:

i think your thinking of a broken leg spin or a cannon ball spin/shot gun spin.. i'm not sure which one you are referring to

One is the broken leg spin, because it looks like your leg is broken!

The other is called by many, many names ranging from cannonball spin, rifle or shotgun spin, or even more.

in a sit position you like bend your free leg to the side, and kind of twist you back to the other side-?

or is it when your in the sit position and you bring you free leg to match your spinning leg, like bend it but keep your foot of the ground - ? thats a mushroom spin

also in like a sit position, and you bend forward and sort of grap you r leg and lean down towards it so your face is like touching your leg - right?

we call that a bullet spin
