Please help me figure out what this is?

so for easter this year a friend of mine gave me a flower pot with 2 tulips in it. After the tulips died, i put the flower pot out on my fire escape to deal with later, but never got around to it. Now, there is something growing out of the pot, and it doesnt look like weeds. Is it possible the because tulips are bulbs that they are growing again because i out them outside where it is warm? or do u just think its something wild?? give me your opinions!

It is very possible that they are tulips. Tulips are perennials and will bloom again and again.
