Please help me find a good pattern?

Please help. I am looking for a pattern to a make a doll similar to the character Ragdoll Sally from A Nightmare Before Christmas. I was just going to use a basic ragdoll pattern but the head looks a little too big. I am looking for a doll pattern that has long slim legs and body and a normal shaped head. Please anyone that can help, I would appreciate it very much.

That doll doesn't really need a pattern. You just draw the pieces on paper and then cut your fabric from that.
