I am trying to lose 20 lbs minimum and I just need help organizing a running plan where I won't get stuck on plateus like I have in the past. Also it has to constantly challenge me so I'm working up endurance fast and I'm able to constantly work harder. I am a 14 y/o girl but I'm still willing to work really, really hard to achieve my goal. I have a treadmill and that's it. Maybe any other exercises to further improve my running ability?THANK YOU!
