Please help me find a good running plan?

I am trying to lose 20 lbs minimum and I just need help organizing a running plan where I won't get stuck on plateus like I have in the past. Also it has to constantly challenge me so I'm working up endurance fast and I'm able to constantly work harder. I am a 14 y/o girl but I'm still willing to work really, really hard to achieve my goal. I have a treadmill and that's it. Maybe any other exercises to further improve my running ability?

  1. Run 1 mile one day. Then the next day run 1.5 miles, and the next run 2. It is a constant challenge. You can also go my fourths such as 1, 1.25, 1.50, etc...

    I am also worried about this. How tall are you and how much do you weigh because if your healthy right now, I really dont think you should be that worried about your weight. but its still good though.  exercise and eat healthy foods and you'll be just fine

  3. I wouldnt try going up like that by so much.  For one week run a mile every other day. The next week try running 1.5 miles every other day and so on.  I guess it depends a lot on your current physical abiltity though, but if your trying to lose 20 pounds then u should be pretty overweight, if your not then it might be pretty dangerous, as the above poster said, trying to lose all that weight.
