Please help me find the title of this old British nostalgic music?

It sounds old and gramophone-like and it is often played when showing old black and white clips of early TV. Like family life in the 1930-40s.

I always hear it and am desperate to know the title or find a YouTube video of it or something.

Yes I need more info.  Your question is very vague.  I suspect that you might be thinking of the tune Puffin' Billy.  Puffin' Billy was used as the old theme song to Captain Kangaroo.  You need to be more specific to have a definite answer.
