Please help me find this dress!?

Question

Aundrea Fimbres from the group Danity Kane wore this blue dress and I'm in love with it! I've searched all over the internet and haven't found anything to tell me the brand/designer of the dress.

i really love that dress too! but usually people like her get an original dress where there is only one is the world.

In Risky. On the offer shelf it said that it used to be £7.50 and cause it is on offer it is £5.

I am not lying it is above your knee but the colour is a dark blue and everything the only difference is the sleeves are up to your elbow, now full length.

It looks like Herve Leger. I couldn't find any with logn sleeves though.
