Please help me find this tv and extras?

hi all im making a claim on my house insurance for my goodmans 28"flat screen model GTV69RF2 and also the Home Thearter system model number gdvd 500r.

i got the whole lot with stand speakers the lot,i cannot find the reciept for them,its about 3 1/2 years old and i need to give them a price on what it cost and how much it would cost to replace them,i have been on line for a hour and still cannot find them can any one tell me where i can look? serious answers only many thanks (would need to be a online site)
