Please help me fix computer setting.?

I was messing around with my mouse settings and somehow got this weird cross thing to go toward my cursor when it is idle for a couple seconds. It is extremely annoying and I want to get rid of it. i looked through the control panel but can't find where I selected to check this thing on. Anyone know where I can find this option? It's a large cross shaped object that has red dots aiming toward the cursor.

Go back to control panel, double click where it says mouse and go to pointers,you can change it there.

It may say printers and other hardware,double click there then.
