Please help me...for the sims 2 deluxe?

Question

i just borrowed a sims 2 deluxe installer now i really want it baDly but since i only borrowed it, i can no longer play it without the dvd if i return it..

is there any way that i can play it without the cd?

No, sorry, you're going to have to buy it :(.  But, the good news is that it's a lot cheaper now than when it came out years ago.  Because now, everybody's buying the Sims 2, the Sims Life Stories and pretty soon, the Sims 3.  But trust me, it's worth it.  I currently have the Sims Deluxe Edition AND the Sims 2 and a bunch of expansion packs for both.  And I still love playing on the Sims Deluxe Edition, it's so much fun :).  Personally, I even prefer it to the Sims 2 because it is the original and my first ever Sims game.  But I would reccomend buying a couple of expansion packs, because they add a lot to the game and make it more fun :D.  Maybe buy one expansion pack to that you think looks interesting to start with.  Best of luck snd hope I helped :D.
