  1. Depending on what Version of  Word your using it may vary.

Normally you have a ruler at the top of your document, if not then View->Ruler.

On the Ruler just left click at the point( Mark) where you want the "First name" to start.

Got to Format->Tabs and Select the Measurement that you placed the Mark (under Tab Stops) and then

Pick the Options you would like (Leader is the ....... your looking for) Hit Ok.

After that you just need to hit the Tab key to insert the ... and it should line up.

  2. format your tabs

there a built in option there for "......" called "leader" .  select it. now when you "tab" word inserts ......... inbetween each tab you hit.

  3. To set Tab Leaders- using the menu not the ruler.

Type in your information and press the TAB key just ONCE between each word or each group of words

    Example

    bridesmaidsTABfirst nameTABlast name press Enter

    bridesmaidsTABfirst nameTABlast name press Enter

It will look higgledy piggledy at this stage

    1. Select the paragraph(s) you have just typed because these are where you would like to apply your leader tab stops

    2. Select Tabs from the Format menu

    3. In the Tab stop position box, specify in inches or centimetres, eg 0.5", where you would like to set a tab stop

    4. In the leader section, select the leader style you would like to apply (by default, none is selected)

    5. Click Set

    6. Repeat for each tab stop you would like to set

    7. Click OK when all tab stops have been set

    Check how it looks.

To delete a tab stop, simply select it and then click Clear and OK.
