Please help me get into my verizon fios ip address page? for port fowarding

i need to "host" games on an online game i play, i could on my other internet then i have verizon fios and i log into my ip address x*x.x*x.x.x and it comesto a Verizon fios page that says login: password: on my other internet it was admin///admin but i dont know it on this. im guessing its the same for all veirzon customers can somone help thanks
