Please help me get my crush/goodfriend to be able to study here with me?

I reli reli desperately need ur help. An advanced (and very sincere)Please and Thank You :) Okay, so, I live in Canada... and this reli reli reli reli good friend of mine from Asia (Malaysia to be specific) wants to come here to study pharmacy... But i don't think his family can afford to migrate here. So, anyone knows how he can like , get a student visa or something that doesnt cost too much, so that he can come here to study pharmacy? and does anyone know what are the requirements to study pharmacy here?

I really need your help. he means a lot to me.

mutcho he will have to apply for a visa or a student visa of area of study that he wants to do and it might take up to a three months to a year before he can come over to this area
