Please help me...how does a man lose testosterone?

my husband's test. level is extremely low and he does not want to have relations, doesnt get turned on at all....how did this happen? any answers will be great or websites to go to...thanks so much

Is he a vegetarian?  I once read an article in Men's Health Magazine that said men who don't eat meat have a higher rate of testosterone decline as they age than men who eat meat.  Also, vegetarians eat a lot of soy which contains high estrogen levels.

this may be a stretch but, his pituitary gland may be dying, cancerous, etc.  OR he may be receiving mixed signals from it telling his testes to create less testosterone.     Have him go  in for  a physical, or something i dont know tell your doctor your concerned.
