Hi Kshiti, don't try in the morning because the pressure on the website will be more. You'll be unable to get even a single page. Try after 11:00 PM. Now, time is 2:00 AM the site  appsc.ap.nic.in is opened and I am able to go the exam centre page, I am able to input my name and date of birth (these are the two things we have to provide for online duplicate hall ticket). and the result is I am unable to get my hall ticket still. E-mail me with your name, date of birth and exam centre, I'll try it today night and download the hall ticket for you. For any other information please feel free to contact me on 9963215215.
