Located along a backwoods trail in Upstate, NY. Had a shrub-like base.

They're very fragile and pop easily. When broken, they have multiple seeds inside. Most of them came off the bush joined in two's.

  1. They look like berries that grow on some of our shrubs along the back of the property. But if in doubt, let the birds have them. They know what they can eat and not eat.

  2. This berry looks like a Currant, birds love to eat them. They are edible,I think they are pretty sour though, not sure. You can also make Currant jelly out of them.Type in Currant Jelly, there are alot of recipies.
