  1. I agree.  Southeast Asian

  2. i think its a rat snake.

  3. where was this piccy taken it might help

  4. i think it is a texas snake

  5. Quite the snake you go there..

Im sorry but I have no idea what kind of snake you got, but if its not anywere were youre living, leave it.

If its a concern to you, call someone to get rid of it. Its not up to you to do ANYTHING.

  6. Good one mad snake man, looks like a collard trinket snake (elaphe helena monticollaris) Ive bred the common trinket (elaphe helena helana)for a few seasons. The pic has to be from india or there abouts( nepal, Bangladesh......)here are pics of both subspecieshttp://www.ratsnakes.com/images/Ehmontic...

http://www.ratsnakes.com/Ehelena.html its the head pattern that gives it away. im sorry mad snake man but its not a beauty snake .all the subspecies of beauty snakes(elaphe.taeniura ssp.) have a very distinctive stripe threw their eyes like in this pic of a taiwan beauty snake(elaphe taeniura taeniura)http://www.tailsnscales.com/images/taiwa...

  7. It is a type of Asian rat snake. It is harmless and is not a viper. I'm not sure of the subspecies off hand because there are so many, but if I knew what country you're in, it could help me narrow down the search.

EDIT: I think Jason H is right. Trinket rat snake (Elaphe helena). Personally, I'm not real familiar with old world rat snakes.
