I have asked this question so many times but no one has given me an answer that helps me out. I ordered a CD from a seller on Amazon.com and I ordered it on the 16 which was last saturday and they still have no sent me a confirmation on the shipping. I ordered two other things and they sent me an email saying they had been shipped. Does every order no matter what send an email saying it shipped or is it just what the seller sets up? Could my CD have already been shipped and I just dont know it has because the seller didnt put on the shipping tracking order thing? Please help me!

  1. no it doesn't have to send an e-mail give it 7-ten week days hun and the contact the seller or your bank and dispute it and say you didn't buy that i work for bank of america they will give you your money back

  2. In my experience they all send an email through Amazon.  Have you tried to contact the seller?  I doubt that it has been shipped and you don't know it.  Also, you might be able to look at Amazon FAQ and see if it has any suggestions.  It's only been 6 days....it should have said how long til it ships (something like "usually ships within 24 hours").  Hope that helps a little!

  3. no usually when purchasing from websites like amazon and ebay. theres always a confirmation of payment and shipment. i would check with the person who sold it to you if they dont have an answer then it was most likely a scam

  4. hmmm , have you read rules and regulations on the amazon site? that will tell you about shipping ect , it could be out of stock and delayed shipping , but normally they send you a email to tell you if theres a delay , or if it takes any longer see if you can contact by phone...lol

  5. you should probably try and find a number for that place and get a hold of them to see if they shipped all the items that you ordered

  6. try emailing the sender? i don't know how amazon really works. but i've had this kinda thing happen to me on ebay. and you just gotta bother the sender, i guess.

one time...i almost lost 2000 bucks because the sender was a fraud; and i think he was selling a stolen item. anyways. i bothered him so many times; i even got the police involved. in the end i got my money back cause he sent me something totally different.
