im mentally bit changed now not feel comfortable to move with, i cant be myself so i need to consult a psyhiatrists online please help me to consult a doctor

I know you may not feel comfortable going to see a therapist, but you shouldn't worry - they are professionals who have to keep everything you say confidential (unless you pose an immediate threat to yourself or others).  They can help you a lot more than anyone online.  Psychiatrists and psychologists cannot ethically diagnose your or help you very much over the internet.  So just get up some courage, and make an appointment with a local therapist - it's okay to be open and honest with them.

I'm sorry I don't quite understand your question. You want to know how to consult a psychiatrist online? You should go and talk to one in person. If you need a diagnosis you should see one in person I think.
