Ok- so I am totally addicted to iced coffee! I love starbucks vanilla iced coffee(with cream) and mcdonalds vanilla iced coffee. I have tried making iced coffee at home and it is horrible. I used double strength like I read and cool for several hours and blah! I even use coffee from gevalia which is pretty darn good coffee. I read a question on here that said you could use an iced tea maker. Does anyone know how you would do that and if it works? I use coffee, milk, and vanilla syrup for mine bu it is just to bitter and doesn't taste anything like the iced coffee I but from either of these places. Please help!!

  1. all you have to do is make the coffee normally (hot) then put it in the refrigerator for it to get cold, then put ice in it! taste gooood =]

  2. Start by making:

    Coffee Ice Cubes

Don't let your coffee drinks get watered down with plain ice cubes. Freeze some coffee ahead of time in an ice cube tray. For a fancy touch, add a couple of whole roasted coffee beans to each cube. Warn your guests though. When the cubes melt, you don't want folks choking on the loose beans.

    Then: Make the coffee:

    Ingredients

    6-8 cups strong coffee

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

    Directions

1Combine brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk in a large pitcher.

    2Refrigerate until chilled.

    3Serve over ice coffee cubes.

Note:  If you like vanilla add it during the mixing of coffee and sweetened condensed milk. Good luck.

  3. GO to coffee-mate.com and look for some recipies. I didn't really find a recipie for iced coffee on there but there is some cold coffee drinks you could try.

  4. 1. Fill glass with ice

    2. Fill glass with coffee

    3. Add lots of vanilla creamer

    4. Top with whipped cream

    Yum!!!!!!
