My boyfriend got a speeding ticket in May and was given the option to take the driving course to keep points off his license. He has lost the citation, therefore he cannot take the online course because in order to register you need the citation number, does anyone know how he can go about getting the citation number?

just call the local courthouse, they should be able to help

go to the court house, or the police station they keep records of all tickets.  I would start at the police station.

Call the police station.  They have all the tickets they have written.  They will be able to give you a copy of the citation.

He can contact the police agency that gave him the ticket.  They will have a record of it and will be able to give him a copy.
