Please help me out? Need mature answers please?

My boyfriend has a habit of throwing up in his mouth and he has no idea why do anyone has any idea why that could be happening

It could be what is called Acid Reflux.

It could be acid reflux, as someone else has mentioned, but 'throwing up' in one's mouth is more likely to be defect in his gastroesophageal sphincter.

He should definitely have this investigated by his doctor. The are simple and effective treatments for this condition, but ignoring it can lead to esophageal erosion and a greatly increased chance of esophageal cancer later. Don't take a chance, have it evaluated!

Does he try to do this or does it happen spontaneously?  If he is doing this on purpose, then he needs to see a doctor to try to find out why he is doing this.

  If he is not trying to do this, he may have bad acid reflux and also needs to see a doctor because this constant vomiting/reflux causes erosion of his esophagus and tooth enamel damage and he can go on Nexium to help.  Stay away from overly spicy food as well that makes the symptoms/heart burn worse.

He probably has GERD gastroesophageal reflux disease.  This is when  the LES lower esophageal sphincter which separates the stomach & the chest & the stomach acid gets regurgitated back up the esophagus into the throat.

It should be treated so that the esophagus doesn't stay irritated.  The esophagus is very fragile & can be easily damaged.
