excel is the best data base to kept your details as it has maintained by date wise / patient wise thro its sheets.

A doctor I knew was using Filemaker pro to store his patient records. The forms are easy to create. But if you have MS Office professional, you can try MS Access.

Hi bk,

         Its better to use excel rather than word because lots of ready made tools are available there nd specific format will help u to keep the record in a good fashion as u want.
