and look i'm gonna eat healthier when school starts so i can keep it up but this is an emergecny so i need to do this crash thing and i'm still eating so i dont see why not

    How much weight you lose depends on your metabolism. Random people over the internet can't tell you. But this diet is a mistake, they just don't work. You really want to lose weight? Exersise more and eat healthy.


  2. Okay so what was your question? So you run for 2 hours everyday. Just be careful crash diets are not healthy for you and when you do eat eat again you will gain it all back if not more. The key to success is that you have to keep doing what you are doing to keep it off. Your body changes rapidly when you deprive it of what it is use to. Good luck just be careful your young! Let us know if you reach your goal!!!
