Please help me???

I started running about 3 months ago but it was sort of half heartedly, I am willing to run everyday twice a day. Can I put my mile time under 6 minutes in the next 3 weeks. My current mile time is 7 minutes. I am 5'6" 148 pounds and 13 years old. Thank you

  3. Well if you are really that dedicated to running then you should join your school's (or a local) cross-country team. You will get a lot of practice and plus the season is about to start late summer/early fall. I have ran cross-country for 4/5 of my life and trust me, it is REALLY worth it.
