As stated in the subject, I have a Lexmark 2300 and I cannot get it to print. It will print and copy when I manually push the copy button on the printer itself. However, it will not print when I try printing from a program such as word or anything else. It won't even print a test page. I downloaded drivers, checked my ports, checked my admin settings, print spooler settings, and checked my cables for bad areas or being loose. I can't think of anything else. Oh, and to make things better, Microsoft for some reason thought it was a good idea to get rid of the ability to view help files without downloading yet another driver. Good 'ole Vista.... anyway I downloaded that as well. Please help before I use the printer for other recreational uses.... like a punching bag or sighting a gun in.
