  1. might be depression,or you got a virus?check that out with a Doctor.

    first step to recovering is beliving you will get better,keep the sad thoughts out.

  2. It's either some sort of stress (depression, anxiety, grief, etc.) or a hormonal imbalance.  Seriously, guys have hormonal imbalances, too.  Tell your parents or just go to the doctor. Since you're 15 you have privacy with your doctor where your parents don't need to know unless you give permission or unless your life is in danger.

    Get professional medical evaluation of your symptoms. Hope it's nothing serious.

    my2

  3. it may be depression

    talk to ur doctor, family or friends for help

  4. You are at a very vulnerable age.  All sorts of insecurities and fears can arise during this time.  Your hormones will be all over the place and it is hard to separate what is normal and what is not.  I notice you are a christian.  I would strongly suggest you seek the advice of your doctor, parents and look to encouragement and strength through your faith. Are you involved in church? If so, then seek some prayer and spiritual counsel.  The worst thing you can do is continue to stress about this and not seek help.  You will end up paranoid and more stressed if you don't.

  5. Not to be mean you could be bipolar like me i cried all night and i couldnt sleep i found i was a little depressed so i was puton seraquil knocked me out cold and i stopped crying hope this helped

  6. It sounds like your having anxiety attacks. You should have your parents take you to a doctor.

  7. This happens to me too, sweetie - it's called a Panic Attack -

    I'm not a medical professional or anything, but to me this sounds stress related - have you been under a lot of stress or pressure lately?

    You could be suffering from stress and anxiety - Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or anxious. What is stressful to one person is not necessarily stressful to another.

    Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension or fear. The source of this uneasiness is not always known or recognized, which can add to the distress you feel.

    Anxiety is often accompanied by physical symptoms, including:

    Restless sleep, Shortness of breath, Sleepwalking, Acting out, Fatigue...and all sorts of other problems like headaches, irritability, etc.

    The most effective solution is to find and address the source of your stress or anxiety. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. A first step is to take an inventory of what you think might be making you "stress out":

        * What do you worry about most?

        * Is something constantly on your mind?

        * Does anything in particular make you sad or depressed?

        * Keep a diary of the experiences and thoughts that seem to be related to your anxiety. Are your thoughts adding to your anxiety in these situations?

    Then, find someone you trust (friend, family member, neighbor, clergy) who will listen to you. Often, just talking to a friend or loved one is all that is needed to relieve anxiety

    Also, find healthy ways to cope with stress. For example:

        * Eat a well-balanced, healthy diet. Don't overeat.

        * Get enough sleep.

        * Exercise regularly.

        * Limit caffeine and alcohol.

        * Don't use nicotine, cocaine, or other recreational drugs.

        * Learn and practice relaxation techniques like guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, yoga, tai chi, or meditation. Try biofeedback, using a certified professional to get you started.

        * Take breaks from work. Make sure to balance fun activities with your responsibilities. Spend time with people you enjoy.

        * Find self-help books at your local library or bookstore.

    But definitely talk to someone about it - if the problem persists, seek attention - it's possible that if the problem continues you could have an anxiety disorder.

    Good luck!  :)

  8. Sounds like you have anxiety, Tell your Doctor your symptoms and that you think you might have anxiety, he will prob get you a psyciatrist.

  9. I would go get evaluated by a psychiatrist or talk to your doctor and seh what he has to say about it.

  10. maybe your suffering form bad dreams? if not maybe your overly stressed and holding your feelings in and taking it out at nite. if not, you should see a doctor .......u mite even have trouble sleeping

  11. sounds kinda like depression.

    you should speak with an adult

    who can help you.

    it also may just be puberty?

  12. well.. to tell you the truth at your age a lot of people go through issues with depression.. but i am not exactly sure what it is.  I would tell you that you will grow out of it, however you should probably talk to a doctor.    My only issue with doctors is that they are so eager to give you anti-depression pills, when honestly sometimes those pills can do more harm than good, and personally i think there are sometimes better ways to deal with depression than pills.  Just be strong, and try talking to people that love you about your problems, just talking to people sometimes makes a world of difference in your feelings!  Everyone needs close friends and family to talk to, and to support them. Also try keeping yourself busy with things you enjoy doing, to get your mind off of sad thoughts.   I went through a period of a few years in high school where i was terribly depressed, but now at the age of 24, i cant even understand what made me so depressed back then! Hormones at that age also cause you to feel sad!

  13. you sound a lot like me.i have depression and everything you just described i have went through. you should seriously talk to a doctor. I did, and i have a much better grasp of my emotion. I honestly think that would be the best thing to do. I'm no doctor but you never know.

    Also it could be panic attacks. I have those from time to time. They come out of nowhere and I have no idea whats bothering me.

    Either way. Seeing a doctor is your best bet. Hope i helped!
