i got a spyware my laptop a few seconds ago. please help me! i forgot how to reset it to how it was the day before. help me pleaseee

what do you mean? you want to set your pc back to an other day when you didn't have this? if yes then go start>programs>accessories>system tools>restore system. then you choose the day that you want to get to..
