Tried the whole region and there don't seem to be any "Descoul"s. There are 4 "Clatot"s, but no "Alain"s.

I found a Alain Clatot who seems to be a plumber in Northern France (Abbeville). His phone number: (33) 3 22 24 15 10 (dunno which code you have to dial for the international).
