Please help me understand Chinese people

Question

are there like two different groups of Chinese?

ALL 4 people here are PURE chinese yet from the looks of them, both "groups" seem to be SO different yet we still recognize them as Chinese. Why is that?

Chinese people consists of 56 races.

Li Ning is ethnic Zhuang.

Lang Ping is ethnic Manchus.

There are chinese people from taiwan, china, and hong kong there are chinese but the languages they speak are slightly different.
