What does "not really" mean?

What is the difference between "don't really" and"really don't"?

  1. Not really = No   don't really = No  really don't = No

    All mean the same thing basically.

    Something that is real, = true. Not = untrue


  2. "Not really" is a phrase that refers to something that is not for certain.  

  3. Real- associated with reality/honesty.

    Not really- eg: Question "Are you ok? Answer:" "Not really"

    Don't really -  eg: "I don't really have time" unless separated by a comma , eg2: "Don't! really!" it is when you do not want someone to say / do something and you are emphasising that fact.

    "Really don't" is for emphasis eg: "I really don't like her"
