Please help me with Fickr...?

Question

I don't get it. If I try and right click on a photo and save it the file says 'spaceball' and the image will not save to my computer. I have tried everything, even changing the file name and no luck. Only certain pictures have this but annoying as can be. How do I save a picture from flickr?

You can't.  The photo you're trying to save or copy is protected.  That happened to me a lot while searching for tattoo images.  Not everyone sets their photos up that way but some people don't want them copied.  It does the same thing to me . . . spaceball.  Very annoying.  The only way I have found to copy the image is to print the actual page & then scan it into my computer.  Not much else you can do.

People set their photos like this so that others will not steal them.  If you want to use the picture, send a message to the photographer and get their permission.  They may even send you a copy of the original.  What you're trying to do is steal another artist's hard work.

It's Simple ! Select the photo u want,right click & select   "SAVE PICTURE AS....."
