Please help me with info on going to see my boyfriend graduate basic training for the ARMY....?

Could someone let me know any info or experiences that they have on this matter.....

My boyfriend is graduating on September 12th from Basic Training at Fort Knox. I originally thought that once he graduates he could either fly to AIT in Oklahoma (with the other guys on the 12th) or I could fly him separately as long as he got there by check in time on the 15th. Can I buy him a separate ticket? (I want to see him as long as possible) If not, (and he does need to fly with the guys), can I meet up with him once he flies to Oklahoma and see him until he needs to check in on the 15th, or will he be in the Army's custody from the time he flies there until AIT starts? Please let me know any info that you have!!!!!........Thanks so much =)

Usually they will have some free time before he reports  he will know well in advance of what travel plans he has.

the Army provides transportation and usually they have to meet up for a flight or other arranged transportation.

they would usally have to report sometime on the day before they leave.

but on th beeter side once he reports to his AIT school in Fort Sill he will have a lot more freedom and some weekends off with out duty
